The AS610C is a great personal shredder for home and office use, you can shred upto 6 sheets of paper at a time into tiny pieces of 4 x 47 mm. In addition you can also shred 1 credit card at a time, and don't worry if you accidentally shred a paper clip or staple, this shredder will cope with both. The 14 litre bin provides good storage for shredded waste and because of the smaller shred size this also means you have to empty the bin less often. This shredder also has many safety features including a thermal cut out to prevent the shredder from over heating and a safety cut out that prevents the shredder from operating while the waste bin is removed. Overall a great little shredder for the home or office that shreds quickly and quietly.

An wonderful cross cut shredder for the household or modest office. It does what it says with no fuss. Straightforward to use and empty. I brought this shredder getting previously purchased a laminator from the exact same maker, now its difficult to get quite excited about a shredder, it arrived, i unpacked it, plugged it in and it worked...
I have shredded loads of junk mail and the resulting waste will need to be fine for kindling for my fire this winter.
The shredder itself has performed quite well and does what i expected - it shreds paper, I did have an old shredder a couple of years back which cut the paper into extended strips - this 1 cuts it into pieces which seems to take up much less space so i have to empty it less - which is beneficial.
The shredder also is in a position to shred credit cards...I haven't tried this yet and will update here when i do.
Other than that it looks fairly good and doesn't take up a lot room, if you want a shredder for your residence, I would say this is ideal.
